With special guests Douglas Wood & Alan Brew. Join us for an evening of good food and conversation\, as we reconnect with friends and highlight our LPF partnership with the Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute with stories and songs. \n  \n\nChoose from three delicious dinner options: \n\nChampagne Chicken – A sautéed breast of chicken simmered in a champagne herb sauce and served over wild rice.\nBaked Salmon – An 8 oz Norwegian Salmon fillet charbroiled.\nWild Mushroom Ravioli – Wild mushroom stuffed ravioli tossed with sautéed asparagus\, portabella and button mushrooms in a cream sherry sauce.\n\nCOVID-19 Precautions: \nMasks are recommended in general\, and especially during our Social Hour from 5-6 PM\, and required if you are not vaccinated.
